WLC 400 - WLC Major Capstone
Students work with the instructor and WLC faculty advisors to research, synthesize, write and present their Capstone projects. Students will also complete a Graduation ePortfolio reflecting how each MLO was met. This course is required for all Japanese Language and Culture, and Spanish Language and Hispanic Cultures majors.
Course Reflective Narratives
In WLC 400 my group and I continued working on our capstone essay with the help of our advisor and professor. We also began working on our capstone presentations. In this course we had the experience of completing an investigation as a requirement for the completion of the Spanish major. We had to learn how to synthesize much of the information which we came upon articles, and we had to learn how to effectively use the technology available to us by searching for articles using the CSUMB library. We also had great support from our teachers and librarians. Our project was about The evolution of the feminine figure in Papeles de Pandora (1976) by Rosario Ferre. Papeles de Pandora.
